What do you actually do for me?

We take one application, shop multiple lenders for you, and match you with the perfect mortgage to fit your budget and needs.

How are you paid?

We’re paid by the lender or through clearly disclosed fees at closing. You see every dollar in writing before you sign anything.

Is this more expensive than going straight to a bank?

No. We get access to wholesale pricing, and our job is to help you avoid bad loan structures or hidden fees that cost you more long term. There are many studies published online proving that mortgage brokers save consumers more money compared to retail or banking institutions.

Will this hurt my credit?

In the beginning, we use a soft credit pull to shop multiple lenders. One credit report for multiple options.

How long does the process take?

Pre‑approvals are usually same day once we have your documents. Full closings are often 14-30 days, depending on the lender and how fast everyone moves. It is not uncommon for the loan to be clear-to-close in 7 days or less.
